Edward Lobb

Edward is the Director of CTC Scotland.  In full-time ministry since 1976, he served a number of parishes, most recently St Peter's Stapenhill at Burton-on-Trent.  Edward was involved in the very first of Dick Lucas' preaching conferences and has been closely associated with the work of the Proclamation Trust ever since.  He remains a regular contributor to their conference program, including the Cornhill Summer School in London.

Bob Fyall

Having taught part-time for us in 2006-7, Bob joins our staff as a full-time Senior Tutor in Ministry from September 2007.  He is an experienced pastor, preacher and Old Testament scholar, having formerly ministered in a parish church in Scotland, and then pastored a large student church in Durham, where he also taught Old Testament at Cranmer Hall, a training college  for Anglican clergy.  His passion is scholarship that genuinely feeds and equips the bible teacher, and he has written a number of commentaries on Old Testament Books including 'Teaching Amos' in the PT Media Teaching series for preachers.

Willie Philip

Willie is minister at St George's-Tron Church in Glasgow City Centre where he is committed to Biblical expository preaching and training.  Formerly he spent 5 years directing the ministry of the Proclamation Trust in London.  He is chairman of Cornhill Scotland.

Guest Speakers

We also look forward to welcoming guest lecturers from different churches, both to teach Bible books and to provide expertise on specialist aspects of ministry.  In the 2006-7 year these have included Dick Lucas, David Jackman & Doug Johnson (London), David Cook (Sydney) and a number of others from around Scotland.
